BUSINESS MEETINGS

RENTAL RATES

Auditorium:

  • There is a $200 deposit which is refunded after clean-up and due at the time of booking; booking is NOT complete without PAID FEE and signed rental agreement.

  • Rental fee $1000 (6AM – 10PM) due at least 10 days prior the event date. $200 per additional hour.


Banquet Hall & Preparation Kitchen:​

  • There is a $200 deposit which is refunded after clean-up and due at the time of booking; booking is NOT complete without PAID FEE and signed rental agreement.

  • Rental fee $1,000 (6AM to 10PM) due at least 10 days prior to the event date. $200 per additional hour.

  • Decoration time before the event is $200 per hour


Entire Building (Auditorium and Banquet Hall) Rental fee – $1500 per day (6AM-10PM)

  • Prior Day Access for Setup and Decoration Fee is $200 per hour and is subject to building availability.

  • There is a $200 deposit which is refunded after clean-up and due at the time of booking; booking is NOT complete without PAID FEE and signed rental agreement.

  • Cleanup Fee of a minimum of $200 is charged if the building is NOT cleaned to the satisfaction of the Scottish Rite. The fee will be deducted from the deposit and any additional cost will be the responsibility of the renter.

  • All events that are NOT paid in full at least ten (10) days in advance are subject to cancellation and forfeit of deposit.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation, deposits are forfeited unless a written request to cancel is received more than seven (7) days prior to the event and that request is approved by the Scottish Rite.

  • RESTRICTIONS:

    • Smoking is only allowed outside the building.

 

Alcohol on the premises or in the building at any time for any reason should be in accordance with the lease agreement. See lease agreement for specific requirements.
